We make the good life simple, luxury unpretentious, and moments unforgettable.
The Carrajung team is small but mighty, united by our love for all things food, wine, and beautiful design. Our mission is to create and curate a truly beautiful escape hatch – a place where love grows, connections are forged, and never-to-be-forgotten memories are made.
1/1
With an emphasis on seasonality and sustainability, our dishes feature fresh ingredients sourced directly from nearby farms that celebrate the natural beauty and culinary richness of Gippsland. Through our food, we want to share these grower’s stories.
